Terms and conditions
Article 1: Accessibility
The school is accessible to Lightworkers* only. A preliminary test will be conducted.
Article 2: Registration
A registration form, including a quote, must be completed, on which the applicant selects the module(s) they wish to attend. After a fifteen-day reflection period, and upon signature, the quote becomes binding and final. The school reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Article 3: Pace and Attendance
Learning sessions are held every two weeks, or twice a month. The learner commits to attending these sessions. In case of absence, it is possible to reschedule a session. The learner will have practical exercises to complete. These must be completed for the successful progression of the following session. If the learner has not completed their practical exercise, the next session will be rescheduled.
A learner may only leave the school at the end of a module. Proper integration of the learning requires completing an entire module. Learning is progressive; it is not possible to take the “Advanced” module before the “Beginner” module, for example. However, an applicant may choose to take only the “Beginner” module.
Article 4: Monitoring and Support
Learners at the Center receive monitoring and support via telephone and WhatsApp outside of class time. Learners are expected to bring a study notebook to each lesson. This notebook will allow them to review the material.
Article 4: Location, days and times
Learning takes place in person, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. or from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Learning is not offered remotely.
Article 5: Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the learner, sums already paid are non-refundable, except in cases of serious illness, accident, or death of the learner. In the event of cancellation by the Center, sums already paid are fully refunded. Payment by direct debit: If the learner does not attend a lesson during the month due to their own actions, the sum of €30 will still be debited. The missed lesson can be rescheduled. If a lesson is cancelled by the Center, it will be offered on another date.
Article 6: Exclusion
A student may be excluded from the school for serious misconduct or if it becomes apparent over time that they are not a Lightworker*. They will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
